Lemony Lebanese Chicken (Djej Mishwe)

Cooked a few recipes from our blog ( yesterday. Wife got annoyed I was spending more time with the egg than with her :)


Cooked this Lebanese chicken dish on my XL BGE at 400 degrees - 10 minutes direct, then moved to indirect side until IT reached 165 (about 30 minutes). This dish pairs well with a garlic sauce. Next time, I'll add some oak or hickory to get more smoky flavor.
