Disassemble & remove the internals. Reach into the bottom and grab the bottom vent (use gloves or a rag to protect your hand). Lift the base into the stand and then reassemble.

Thanks everyone. Figured it would have to come apart, again.
The shelves did not come with hardware. Anyone remember what size bolts and nuts they take? Countersunk heads?

I take the internals out, left hand thru the bottom vent and a bear hug around the base (not dome) with my right arm.
Works for me but keep in mind I'm a pretty good sized guy and young-ish. Always error on the side of caution~ John - Formerly known as ColtsFan - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

I like that hook mod on the shelves or is that stock. Mine have cutouts on the bottom of the rails but I don't see those on yours.

Guessing they were added. It's how I bought it. (used)
I'm going to get a grill holder for the nest.
