dry brine video

My friend made a cool video (along with a write-up) regarding the fine arts of dry brining. BTW, his steaks are the tastiest I've ever had!

Nice write up.  I believe in the dry brine.
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

Welcome aboard and enjoy the journey.  Above all, have fun.
I am in the dry brine camp as well.  I try to go for at least a day with the steaks.
Hopefully will lead to more converts.
