Wagyu Skirt steak cook

quick easy meal for cinco de mayo last night!

got some wagyu skirt from wiens wagyu in Kansas. Small outfit with some great beef.

Marinade in soy  pineapple  juice garlic with some spice and set off to cook.

Cave man style right in the coals for a few minutes and off to the board. Was a feast, so tender and juicy.

Pretty good, I said the same thing when I sliced in and grabbed a strip!

Got the Denver steaks the other day too. Those were tops too.

    Oh that looks real good.

Flank, skirt and hanger steaks are my favorite pieces of cow, followed by tri-tip maybe cause they are rare to find and quit costly here. Then all the other cuts, in no particular order.

@FATC1TY- "No balls, no blue chips."  Way to do justice to some great beef protein.
Caveman for the win.  Nailed the cook!
