Last week we were shoveling snow, today it was 80 so it was a good day for the first brats and kielbasa of the season.

LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI. :glasses:  B)
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard...

Also a Wisconsin Egger here and it did feel good to have the Egg going in some nice weather today

Appleton, WI and Baileys Harbor, WI (Kangaroo Lake)

Grilling and smoking meat year around (even in Frozen Tundra temperatures); tasting and brewing beer - like bourbon and whiskey too; fan of the Green Bay Packers

    Looks great!

Took the covers off the eggs for the season.
I need a truck full of cherry splits soon, putting my endentured servants to work for ice cream.  =)

you know you're from Wisconsin if.....

you know what a bubbler is

you refer to the packers as 'we'

    you measure distance in hours

    you shovel snow in April

you know what frying out means

    you've eaten kringle

you consider just below freezing temps shorts weather

you know a cream puff is not a car

you find it acceptable to consume beer with every meal

you're prepared for snow one day and 80s temps the next....

    And many more.....

Love it! I ALMOST turned on the AC driving from Mukwonago to Oconomowoc and then remembered....  I was shoveling snow a week and a half ago!! Roll down the windows and ENJOY IT!!! :o:)  Cooked Rib Eyes on the XL last night in the Plancha pan at 650 with the new seasoning Artichole Chile and Coffee... EGGCELLANT!!

Remember that grilling is more than preparing food… It’s time with family and friends, it’s your heritage and childhood memories….
