instant read with long probe

Hey all,
I am looking for an instant read thermometer with a longer than usual prob? I use them for both meat temp but also use them for when I am homebrewing and need to get a temp that might be 10" deep.
Any ideas?

Take a sample from 10" deep then measure? Lots of long probes out there, but never seen anything instant that long. Is there a reason why you need instant other than to save time?

instant will tell me if I need to adjust temp I am mashing brew atCentral Florida
