'Sup BBQ junkies!!! That say fish taste better if you catch 'em yourself. I think that needs to be amended to read: if you catch 'em yourself and then grill 'em on your Big Green Egg. Here they are, bacon wrapped wahoo steaks for your drooling pleasure!

We used to deep sea fish for years in Turks & Caicos and Wahoo was our most frequent good catch. Good fighter. When the sharks got half on the way in we knew we only caught a Wa. Great eater. We'd eat the cheek meat raw at the dock. Great memories.Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga
