Tried Mole, Peking and Ghost Pepper.
I liked all three, I thought the Ghost Pepper was the best, followed closely by the Mole, then the Peking.
The Peking wings I mixed with Orange Marmalade with bacon and sauteed onions, pretty good sauce.

I haven't tried Ghost Pepper yet. If it had been available when I ordered Peruvian a month or so ago, I would definitely have included it in the four pack. I like Mole but am still undecided about Peking. Meanwhile I have enough raw materials to make enough of Mickey's Coffee Rub to handle a whole herd of swine.

DP is always good, but I'm hesitant about the Ghost Pepper. For Christmas, my younger son gave us some ghost pepper cheese, think pepper jack on steroids. Yow, not pleasant. Compared to DP's Firewalk, what do you think about Ghost?

I would say the ghost pepper is about equal to firewalk in heat, possibly even a bit less (!!!). I really like the ghost pepper, but surprisingly, it doesn't seem super hot.gdenby said:DP is always good, but I'm hesitant about the Ghost Pepper. It may be that I've been scared to use it in the quantity of some of the other rubs, but I don't think so.

I really like the ghost. Enough spice that you’re aware it’s there, but not enough to make your eyes sweat.
I really like it on pizza.Jefferson, GA

I have tried Swamp Venom and Jamaican Firewalk. Ghost Pepper *sounded* hotter to me. If not, will try.Plymouth, MN
