Paver needed for MM and L on a table?

I've searched previous posts and I'm getting mixed results.
I recently built a table and have a MM that sits on top and a large that sits on the bottom shelf. The MM is in the carrier it comes with and the large is in a table nest. Do I need a paver under each one? Or just the MM? The air gap is much smaller for the MM.

The safest is a paver under each WITH air gap. The large has the nest so you are good there (paver plus table nest).
