Prime sirloins on the kettle

Hans61Hans61 Posts: 3,505
I picked up some prime sirloin at Costco for $7.59/lb! Local grocery usually has choice for 7.99 so couldn’t pass up prime.

I wanted to egg these but my egg was frozen shutlittle snow in mid April
Seared 2 min per side then move everything for indirect
This was a great meal, have a great week. If your Costco has prime sirloin I recommend it especially for the price!
