First time Leg of Lamb Roast

in Lamb
I recently tried for the first time the BGE recipe "Garlic, Herb and Lemon Roasted Leg of Lamb." Mine was about 5.25 pounds. Followed the directions, but added potatoes and carrots in the pan, and placed the lamb in a V-rack. Took off the grill when internal temp reached 140 degrees. Turned out fabulous!

Looks top notch! Cooking temp? about how long to reach 140? Got one ready to go on the egg tomorrow, and plan on dinner at 6 or so...Lutz, FL (next to the swamp), LBGE, Pizza stone, Egg Handler, Flame boss 300, Thermapen, Kick Ash basket & Webber Summit for odds and ends and short, or "honey do", cooks!
