Looking for a good injection to make for a pork butt tonight... looking for some ideas...

I have only tried Chris Lilly's and I loved it. Inject multiple places..wrap in plastic wrap first to help contain the injection.
Pork injection
3/4 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup salt
2 tablespoons Worcestershire

I never inject my butts, but lots of people use the Butchers injection. It’s a commercial injection widely used in competition. Sorry no recipe.

i use a couple different one but my favorite is
6oz - Ace hard pinapple cider
1 tablespoon of honey
4oz - apple cider vinager
inject and wrap overnight.

Chris Lilly has another injection:
1/2 C peach juice (from a can of peaches to be used in serving sauce)
1/4C sugar
2 T salt
1T Worcestershire sauce
Peaches and pigs like one another VERY much.

this is from elder wards recipe, i inject this when the butt is in the egg and the internal is 180 degrees. gives it more a whole hog cook type flavor. i inject it in low and slow pulled turkey as well half way into the cook. never been happy with injecting before the cook, for me the spices lose flavor during the long cook. i much prefer injecting once the butt passes the stall
- 1 C white vinegar
- 1 C cider vinegar
- 1 Tbs. sugar (Hawaii style when you can)
- 1 Tbs. cayenne pepper (fresh ones split 2 of em instead soak 2 days or more is best)
- 1 Tbs. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it - 1 C white vinegar
