13 years ago I underwent a very simple procedure called non-invasive laser therapy.  Was a long time smoker before, but haven't touched one since!!~~

@Rascal that’s good that you stopped cold turkey.  I’ve never been a smoker and only posted to be a smart a$$.  I just think the photo was funny

Ryan, that is pretty funny.

I smoked for 40 years and I am very sick from it, emphysema and COPD. Oddly I quit the 1st of Dec.

Bumper sticker or plate-frame coming soon, "smokers suck stinky butts".

It was almost too easy..  I give all the credit to the procedure and the person who administered it~~
