Honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar and orange zest was the glaze. Raised direct at 375 until I T was 140. I think they could've gone a little longer though. Then wrapped brussel sprouts in bacon with some salt and pepper and dipped in a bang bang sauce. Yumms
