Butternut squash mac 'n' cheese and another 3-3-1 pork breast rib cook

I'm really liking the pork breast ribs we've been cooking recently, and the latest one was the best so far. Cooked classic 3-3-1 style (although more like 3-3 and 40 mins), we had this served with a lovely butternut squash mac 'n' cheese that SWMBO created. Delicious combo, the mac 'n' cheese recipe:

It was made with three different cheeses that had been smoked over whiskey oak and left to absorb the smoke flavours for a few weeks.
