Lazy is good and needed sometimes. Have you done pizza on the BGE? Still not something I have tried yet, but hope to do so soon. Love the Philly Steak from Dominos.

yes, cooked lots of pizza on the Egg. Most have come out really good.
once you find a set up you like in the Egg and get it dialed in you will be fine.
