Pizza Night

I've been making exclusively margherita pizzas for the past four months or so, or since I started making them on the LBGE. After all that practice, I decided to branch out tonight and try a few different pies. I made four in total.


Margherita

Sausage, green pepper, and onion x2

Soppressata 

I put the sausage on raw after much deliberation. I coated tiny pieces pulled out of the casing with a mixture of flour and oregano. I pre-cooked the peppers and onions to reduce the liquid.
