Outdoor Kitchen Countertops

hello - I am looking to resurface my uncovered outdoor kitchen. We had used a marble before and the cooking and grease really destroyed it if I didn't clean it immediately. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for countertops that they have used which have been durable.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I've got one granite counter & one corian. Granite better for heat. Corian better for wiping / not staining.
