Dizzy Pig Peruvianish rub on pork chops

After reading the note that came with the sample of DP's new Peruvianish rub, I knew everyone would be trying it with chicken.  It just sounded like it would be great on chicken.  But I had some strange looking pork chops that I wanted to try it on.

I did, and just like all of Dizzy Pig's products, it was outstanding.

Not only did I cook them on the Egg, mostly to let the Egg's magic do it's thing, I followed with a hot sear in the pan on the stove.  

That resulted in a nice crunch to the outside and the inside was juicy, tender and screamed "FLAVOR."
