Trader Joes Hatch Chile Mac & Cheese
Being from Canada, I have no idea what hatch chillis are. We bought some Trader Joe’s hatch chilli mac and cheese and it was off the charts! Has anybody else tried this?

I finally tried it, kinda underwhelming... It was good but only a very slight hint of hatch chili flavor, not spicy at all.BrianFairview, Texas

Hatch, NM is about 30 minutes from me. Chile is a yuge part of southern NM's economy. Went to the Hatch Chile Festival last fall and picked up about 5 pounds of mixed: red/green, hot, medium, mild. Roasted them on the egg then froze for future use. Mix some chopped chile into some pulled pork with some salsa then wrap up in a burrito. Mmmmmm!Signal Mountain, TN

I'll have to see if my local Trader Joes has that, but I love me some hatch peppers!
