Reverse sear t-bones

Tried reverse sear yesterday on a couple of t-bones that we got a deal on at a local butcher shop.  They were only 3/4" think so the cook time was real short.  Sides were mushrooms and asparagus and an onion dish that the missus dreamed up along with a salad.  Next time, bring on the 2" thick bad boys.

    Good looking spread.  I usually reserve the reverse sear for anything over 1.5 inches fwiw.

    Never done reverse sear so it was a good learning experience nonetheless.  Flavor was great!  Looking forward to think NY strips next time
