Stuffed, Wrapped Chicken
Breasts stuffed with Gruyere, cream cheese, parmesean, artichoke hearts and baby spinach and stuff. Prosciutto to hold it together. This was a winner. Cheers.

Great looking chix but my "too much green meter" hit the high level alarm. Eat more chix...Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Looks and sounds delicious! Especially the artichokes and spinach! Gotta try cooking a stuffed something. Not sure I ever have.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
