Reverse seared tri-tip

I saw a tri tip in the local grocery store. First time I have seen one around here so picked it up for dinner tonight. It was the first time I cooked one and it really came out excellent. Reverse seared and made a basil cilantro mint Chimichurri sauce to go along with it.

Thanks guys. Really is an under rated cut of beef. Will be getting my hands on more of it soon. In case you were wondering I had cut it before it was done since my wife likes her meat at a higher temp.
