Not sure if anyone posted this yet, if so I missed it. Craftsy.com is having a free weekend for any of the classes. No credit card required. I'm pretty certain someone here mentioned a class there previously. All kinds of bread classes as well as cooking, nothing just for the egg though.

    @Focker, Free Bayless class this weekend!

    Essentials of Mexican Cooking

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    The knowledge I've gained from the crowd here can never be paid back. I'm so glad to have found this place. Rarely do I post but I read every day. You guys and girls are fantastic. I thank all of you.

    @Carolina Q,
    Watched the Marg and Knife sections.
    The cilantro chiffonade was cool.  Not a bad way to make quick work of an onion.

    @Carolina Q,
    Thanks again, Rick's class was really great.

    From the salsas, bacon guac, both tamales, to the symphonic finale of rojo mole...I think I've got some Holiday staples.

    Watching Complete Knife Skills with Brendan McDermott now, switching out to paring often, cutting small stuff at the end of the board.  Coring a jalap with the spine of the paring.  Some good stuff in here too.
