Left Over Brisket

Came home to my wife making the left over brisket. She mixed it with mushrooms, leeks, broccoli. Then put everything in a beef gravy we made from the roastbeef drippings I made last night. I think she secretly likes brisket even though she said it was ridiculous to cook for 12 hours and then wait another 4 for it to rest.
