Clean Egg, First Rockwood Burn, and Steak Night

Did a clean burn with the remaining RO the other day, and have just lit my first load of Rockwood. Will be cooking some filets, ribeyes, and baked potatoes for dinner tonight. I’m sure I will be a True Believer in Rockwood by the end of the night. Stay tuned.

How much of the bag did it use for that fill up?

Everything turned out great, and I was very pleased with the lack of smoke/fumes as compared to RO. Just good clean heat. It was getting late so I was throwing things together and only got a few other photos. Filets for my wife and daughters and ribeye for me and the boy.

@Woodchunk it was maybe a third of the bag? Less than half but a fair amount. An empty XL holds a lot of charcoal. 

Thanks for looking and thanks to the post a few weeks back on the Ace Rockwood sale. Forgot who the OP was on that.
