My wife picked up some beef ribs at WallyWorld the other day that were marked down because they were approaching the use by date, so I used them by today. Not very meaty, but very tasty. She likes SBR on hers, no sauce on mine. Used a Weber Coffee Rub and some apple chips for smoke. Indirect at around 265 for four hours.

Here are a couple more pics. Served with some assorted veggies because I am still trying to eat better. Would have preferred tater tots and baked beans with the ribs, but sauteed veggies and some diced tomatoes and cucumbers were good too.

Hard to beat beef back ribs (for me anyhow).  Beat their pork cousins every time.  If you want to eat more healthy skip the sides and just pound the ribs.  FWIW-

The brisket on a stick are short ribs.
