Not the meatiest beef ribs, but tasty anyway.

My wife picked up some beef ribs at WallyWorld the other day that were marked down because they were approaching the use by date, so I used them by today. Not very meaty, but very tasty. She likes SBR on hers, no sauce on mine. Used a Weber Coffee Rub and some apple chips for smoke. Indirect at around 265 for four hours.
