non egg cook sorry I hope this is ok. Fired up my la Piazza wood oven to test out my new lodge skillets out. Made some hassleback potatoes as a side dish.
I think lemon pepper roper is one of my absolute favourite seasonings for poultry.

I got into lemon pepper wings last year and can’t seem to get enough of it now. This was my first time doing the lemon pepper on a full chicken. This seasoning is now bulk purchased at Costcosaluki2007 said:Love me some lemon pepper chicken. Taters look great too. -

Great looking cook! Love lemon pepper - made it myself once to avoid sodium (just lemon zest and black peppercorns in the oven til dried, then crushed), but finally found a no sodium version locally.
Try Herbes de Provence sometime. A little evoo and a dusting of HdP. Awesome! On chicken or pork. One of my long time favorites.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

My Wife's family is German and she introduced me to those potatoes. they are amazing
-
This was my first time cooking them. I had a few leftover and heated them in the oven with chicken fingers for my kids. I was surprised how good they tasted the next day. They got a little crispy on the outside and super soft still on the inside.abtaylor260 said:My Wife's family is German and she introduced me to those potatoes. they are amazing
