No sword tonight...

Morning All:

I had one piece of picanha & five shrimpburgers that I didn't cook yesterday at the Chain of Lakes EggFest so tonight was surf & turf for us...decided I didn't really need to do the picanha on the sword, but cut into four pieces, added a little Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks & a lot of Kosher salt...ready to go on...


When the beef came off I put the shrimpburgers on...


All done, beef a perfect rare to medium rare...


Just as I headed out to the Eggs to begin cooking I looked up to see a BEAUTIFUL sunset...
