bobby flay dough recipe, 550 in-direct, raised pizza stone.  First pie is pepperoni, second pie is bbq pulled pork (leftovers from last weekend) and red onions. Sauce on the pork pizza was sweet baby rays honey bbq, this was a good pie, definitely will make again.

    It’s raised up on a couple of fire bricks to get above the felt line.  Can’t comment on the color of the stone. I only use it for pizza, wipe it down when it’s cool with a dry paper towel and store for use again.   Seems to work fine for me.
