Apple Crisp

My favorite dessert has to be my mother's Apple Crisp. Did the cook today using Pyrex and setup the Egg for indirect (thanks for the feedback this morning on using pyrex in the egg - all went well).  The only problem with this cook is my house doesn't smell like warm apples  ;)

If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard...

I love a good crisp. Yours looks great...and thank you for sharing.

I did a Bacon bourbon apple crisp at the Georgia Mountain Eggfest last year. I turned out well....the egg delivers for sure. I used cast iron for the vessel.
