Ribs, Wings, Bacon Cheeseburger Onion Rings and Chicken

Options
Fired up the XL and decided to fill it up. Started with 2-2-1 baby back ribs.  Memphis dust rub on the ribs and wings. Cherry for the smoke. Ran the first 2 hours smoking the ribs at 250 then bumped to 275 for the remainder of the cook. Added the wings with about 1.5 hours left in the cook and the bacon cheeseburger onion rings with 1hours left. Saw a video on YouTube for these and thought they looked good. After pulling the ribs off loaded it up with chicken breasts. Some with a garlic herb rub and some that had been marinating in "Bill Knapp's" honey soy mixture. Added some bacon cheese Tater tots and green beans to round it out.
