Friday Surf and Turf
@bgebrent inspired me a few weeks back with is cold water tails cook. Tonight I went with a ribeye reverse seared to 128 IT, cold water tails indirect to 145 IT, roasted asparagus and a deschutes mirror pond pale ale.
