Breaking in flameboss300 with Smoked pork loin

My flame boss arrived in the mail today so of course I had to make a Costco run... I got a late start so chose a quicker cook and went with a 8# pork loin.

I was hoping the loin would’ve taken a little longer to cook so I could mess around with it more, but oh well,.. I’ll be smoking it up all weeekbd for sure with an overnight butt or brisket. Once it all stabilized, it kept temp within 3-5 degrees of set temp. Very pleased so far and look forward to playing with it more. -

You can do that now through the app via the direct connect.
It's a similar process to pushing the button on the router to connect to a device.
