Super Bowl Picanha - The FaceDance way

Picked up a couple of prime Picanha at a Argentinian butcher... about 3.5lbs each.  Went to a buddies house who has a medium egg.  Reverse sear at 225 indirect for about 1.5 hours until it was 125 IT then opened it up.  Only used course sea salt... and a lot of it.  It was absolutely outstanding.  Such a treat... I highly recommend it.
