OTT Chili Technique Improvement

So, the last time I made OTT Chili I struggled w/ getting the meatball into the DO without losing it all or splashing all over the place...so...

THIS time I donned some $0.78 brown jersey gloves then a pair of Harbor Freight 9mm black vinyl gloves, and just went to town breaking down the meatball on the grid and into the DO.  Heck, I even picked up the grid one-handed when I was done and stirred the chili with my other hand!  Super easy hack and no melted cutting boards or lost food!
