I've got a BGE rib rack and a shishkabob cable set il ,l give away,bought new year's ago when I bought my egg and never used

    That rib rack works great if you have a brisket that is to long to fit on the large BGE cooking grid. You just put it over the rib/roast rack for a bit of center mass elevation.

    @Hotch good idea for sure.  I'm always cooking for 1-2 only soi seek out the smallest brisket out there

    I also cook butts and tender loins in mine.
    Makes for easy removal off of the grid and to the kitchen!
