Me, I'm doing my OTT Chili  - this time with some left over brisket cubes!
And then thinking that the others will bring stuff to the game, too, I may just keep it simple with something like Bang Bang Brussels or just some spicy smoked nuts.

What are you planning?
Kansas City: Too Much City for One State - Missouri side
2 Large BGE's, Instant Pot, Anova Sous Vide, and a gas smoker...
Barbeque, Homebrew and Blues...

I've got a chuck roast I plan to use to make chili on the egg while I watch the Eagles beat up on Tom.

One 7 bone rack of beef ribs (early risers get the ribs), wings,  and a tomatillo salsa juiced with hatch chilies.
Edit: upon further review (and the strong suggestion from SWMBO) , since the fire is fired I will also toss on 2 BB pork ribs for the less fortunate but only after the original cook has crossed the finish-line.  Perhaps I run out of fuel  then  =)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
