I finally had the chance to try it. 1 lb of Bob Evans extra hot sausage and one pound of original, one red bell pepper chopped, three green onions thin sliced, 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 egg and 4 oz crushed Ritz crackers. Mix all ingredients and place in pan. Grilled indirect heat@350. Delicious
