Fast top round cook, no pics (sorry)

Picked up a 2.5 lb “London broil” at Winne Dixie. Marinated over night in cherry balsamic dressing.
Started my mbge and let the temp get up to 650* while I prepared the garlic and Parmesan Couscous.
Seared the meat 2 mins a side the removed and wrapped while I let the temp drop to 450* then did 5 mins a side to an IT of 125.
Removed from my mbge and wrapped in foil while I made the blue cheese/ Parmesan/ garlic sauce.
Thin sliced the meat and covered in the sauce. Let set another 5 mins.
Was tender and tasty.
Will try to get pics next time, had Gbaby and the cats to deal with , so was hard to remember to get pics
