First Try Fajitas

Skirt steak called to me so I decided to try for fajitas.
I made:
Cast Iron Seared skirt steak
Cast Iron fired roasted peppers and onions
My wife made:
Corn tortillas
Refried beans
Guacamole (thanks @bgebrent )
I cooked the skirt steak at 600F in a cast iron skillet, one minute per side. I FTCd it, waited for the rest of dinner, and then cooked the peppers/onions and threw the beef on top.
Here's what came together.

Looks great! Nice pics too!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Learnt that little nugget from the "Tacos" book.
It's also nice having a local tortilleria close by, and buying them fresh and warm.BrandonQuad Cities
