Diet tenderloin?

the wife picked up a couple at Sams this week. Maybe 2# each. I was thinking of a reverse sear but I’m a little concerned about Time this evening. Any idea what a good ballpark would be on time once it made it to the grate?

Beef. Should be no more than 35-40 mins total.

Egg 250 indirect - figure about an hour to hit 110 to 115 IT - more or less. You can speed this along by letting the meat come to near room temp before you put it on.
Pull and rest while you set up the Egg for searing - 15 minutes.
Searing - just a few minutes.

Well, started out great. 250 indirect and few beverages. Hit 115 and pulled it off. Had it going to 800 for he sear. Got s call from my best friend/college roommate about his upcoming wedding and bachelor party and the sear got away from me. Still good. Just over cooked to our taste. And somehow this tenderloin split in half.

You do have to get your priorities straight though. "Sorry bro, got meat on the grill - will call you back after dinner".
