IP Ham & Pea / Lentil Soup

OT really as it's an Instant Pot recipe, but this is a nice winter soup with a thick broth from the peas / lentils.

Saute onions, celery and a dried chilli then once the onions are soft, place the ham on the veg. Best to rinse and soak the ham first to reduce the salt a bit.

Cover with chicken stock then add lentils, split peas, chunks of leek and greens. Greens can also be added after the pressure cook phase to keep more crunch in them.

Pressure cook for 45 minutes and see if the ham is soft and pulls. It can need a bit longer, or slow cooking for a while, dependent on how much time you have. Then remove the fat and pull the ham into shreds. Season once you know how salty it is from the ham.
