Some surf and turf

I had a rack of ribs in the freezer so decided to thaw them and smoke them with some pecan. Rubbed with some Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express and 1/2 hour before removing them from the egg I lathered them with some Mae Ploy Chili Sauce (been using chili sauce to finish up my ribs a lot lately).

While the ribs were cooking in the egg i threw on some salmon that was topped with some dill butter (another great find at Costco) on the Akorn JR, got caught up with other crap and forgot to get pics. I sauteed some spinach with garlic and the butter used to cook the fish and a squeeze of lemon.

    Nice.  Nothing wrong with a protein main entree and another protein side.

    Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
