Filet cook last night

Did a Filet (purchased over the holidays on sale) cook last night.  Seasoned with DP Raising the steak. Had the egg at 400 and the steaks off to the side until they reached about 120. Then went to 550 and had them centered over the coals.  Pulled at 135 (+/-).  Very happy with final product, son said best he has ever had.  It was a good night  ;)
