OT - Eating better, working on portion size.

So I can easily eat healthier when it is this tasty, my problem is portion size. I am trying, but, I really wanted to double everything on the plate here.

    I tried that theory but could not stay with it and gained it all back.  Hope you have more willpower than I did.

    weigh/measure everything you eat for 2 weeks and track it in an app like Cronometer.
  • You will get used to the smaller portions. After the first few days of hunger, the reduced portions will become your new normal and your body will have adjusted to the reduced calories. The important part is to ensure you are strict with yourself for each and every meal from the outset. The only thing that will determine your success or failure is your willpower.
