My brother-in-law got me this cast iron fish pan for Christmas. Woke up Saturday and decided to cook some Shrimp and Cheese gits while the fam was asleep. Used some smoked cheddar i made previously in the grits. The dish came out pretty tasty.

Very nicely done.
I love getting up early on the weekend and getting a fire going. So relaxing to sit and drink coffee by the egg, before the day gets going.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
