Shrimp and cheese grits

My brother-in-law got me this cast iron fish pan for Christmas. Woke up Saturday and decided to cook some Shrimp and Cheese gits while the fam was asleep. Used some smoked cheddar i made previously in the grits. The dish came out pretty tasty.

@TideEggHead. I googled that seasoning and couldn’t find anything close, maybe the last word is off?

    Very nicely done.

I love getting up early on the weekend and getting a fire going. So relaxing to sit and drink coffee by the egg, before the day gets going.

Awesome cook! And if it was this past weekend, I know you froze your butt off cooking that for breakfast! Love the pan, too.
