It is a minus 21 degrees F today !!! I am wondering if I can fire up the BGE or will it crack?

I missed this one, I have done colder than that.  When you have to thaw your hands over the fire, that's cold.

Where are you that it’s -21F!? I routinely Egg in temps as cold or colder during the winter months in my hometown of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. No worries about the Egg cracking.

It doesn’t get quite that cold down here, but I’d say go for it.
