I was given a Himalayan salt block for Christmas. I have never used nor ever heard of it. Does anyone have one or ever cooked on one? I could use suggestions.

Make sure to let it preheat for at least 30 minutes. Also, remove most of the salt from your seasoning bc the salt will transfer to the food as it cooks. Enjoy!
