Christmas dinner — For a friend

Greetings friends,

had a nice compliment - a well respected culinary friend asked me to cook a brisket for their family this Christmas. 

He reported back it was delicious. I hadn’t done a full packet in a while. 

Turned out smelling amazing. 

225* indirect Rockford and mesquite with water pan for around 24h to about 195*

FTC upon delivery.
